D4GL HTML return #5

Hi everybody. I am Japanese. I am trying D4GL HTML Client on Windows/NT(OS 4.0 ServicePack 5). Run fglhtmld -f phonebook.NT.conf. http://hostname:port-number/cgi-bin/fglcl.exe?phonebook Browser returns this error. Error An error occured while creating the socket to contact the application server, please check your configuration (Internal Reference #5 - Failed to connect.) Anybody help? Did you verify fglhtmld -f Phonebook.NT.conf is running from same directory where Phonebook.NT.conf is located. Also verify start script is setting all environment required for informix server, and pointing to exact location of phonebook application. Make sure you read about HTML client limitations on chapter 10-8 of D4gl manual, Try only new application.
