Translating with DrWatson… this can take a few seconds the first time.
This is a genuine, complex translation. DrWatson protects commands, error codes, and log output while naturally translating the surrounding text. It’s translated once and saved.

Maybe your instance is down but your shared memory segments are still
hanging around in memory. To solve this, do:
onstat -g pos
Use the 5th column in the line containing snum. (Maybe a better
command to execute would be onstat -g pos | grep snum | awk '{print
$5}')
ipcs -m | grep with the first few numbers of the address. A better way
to do this is to do a onstat -g seg and convert the address values to
hex.
Use ipcrm to delete the shared memory segments.
Restart online using oninit.
