Yes, we understood it, and each of us has asked the same question since 7.xx
came out, either on the list or privately, and so we were each waiting for
someone else to either answer saying "Oh, I know why" and solve the mystery
for us all, or to say "Nope, noone knows." so we would not have to.
Carlton, now that you are an insider, or anyone else from Informix, got an
answer to this oldie but goodie?
