OK: * for DOS there was an old 2.10.03J Standard Engine which was not DSA and you would find difficult to get and impossible to support; * for Windows/Windows95 there is a 6.x Standard Engine which is also not DSA; * for Windows NT there is a Workgroup Server (I think it's 7.x) which is DSA, possibly a little trimmed down.
