In fact a lot of new user interface improvements were added into the basic free version of SSJE 5.0 Technical Support questions are answered according to priorities based on user's support contract level. If you purchased a support contract with AGS, you should include your support contract number into your support requests. Otherwise, all free support requests are processed within 24 hours. (Usually within several hours after the request is placed) Thank you, Gary Okopnik Technical Support AGS Ltd.
