I would like to know the End of Support date for Informix CSDK 3.70xC5 specifically. In general, a link to End of Support dates for Informix Servers and Tools would be helpful

Here is the link to the Informix life cycle policy: https://www-01.ibm.com/software/support/lifecycleapp/PLCSearch.wss?q=Informix&ib m-search=Search As far as I know there is no current end-of-life announced for any 3.70 CSDK or 11.70 engine releases.
