Updatable ADO OLE DB Informix cursors for Informix 7.3

Is it uvailable updatable recordset cursors. I am using Informix OLE DB provider (SDK version 2.4) client side and INFROMIX Dynamic server 7.3 on UNIX platform. When I try to use method Update provider return error "Insufficient base table information for updating or refreshing.". The same update is working when I use Execute method. Thanks. Can you give a bit more information?
