Is there any way to re-define the : : interrupt key to anything other than 'DELETE'. I know you can re-define : : the accept key, and you can use ON KEY clauses in INPUT statements to : : check for your custom interrupt key being pressed - but you cannot use : : ON KEY clauses in a CONSTRUCT statement ! To my knowledge, you can't redefine the interrupt key from with in 4GL but you can redefine it before executing fglgo. We have had to do this in the shell scripts that power up the screens on a couple of sites to keep the troops happy. stty intr ^C should do the trick (^C = control C)... we have found ^C to be a reasonable alternative, it seems some DOS oriented users find this familiar. You could of course redefine interrupt to any single character (but not function keys as they are usually a sequence of at least 2 or 3 characters. Hope this helps Regards Scott.
