problems with IECC from IDS 7.30 for WinNT 4.0 Server

Hi, We have problems at the installation the Informix Dynamic Servers 7.30 on a NT server with SP4 . The installation is carried out easily but the error message (Informix neighborhood) "server discovery failed" appears at start of the IECC. Be well these defined Online Servers found not.
