S.O.S Ahem! given that running fglgo and sqlturbo three times for each client on a regular basis is not the best way of programming (do try to simplify your apps), it is worth clarifying that all instances of sqlturbo (same for fglgo) share the same text segment, so in all you will consume 1 meg for all sqlturbo's around and another meg for all fglgo's. What will not be shared is the pcode that each fglgo will run. This (and much more) is covered in detail in the faq. try http://www.iiug.org/techinfo/faq/faq_top.html (or something like that) Something else you need to be concerned is your kernel general tuning: For instance, what is your NPROC? 6 procs and 40 users, and this will need to be at least 300, to be safe. ciao, marco ____________________________________________________________________________ rem radioterapia, which I immeritately manage, seldom agrees with what I say marco greco (Catania, Italy) Work: marcog@ctonline.it rem radioterapia 39 95 447828 fax 446558 (was mar.greco@agora.stm.it) Achea 39 95 503117
