[AS] What 'Server Studio'? AGS Sever Studio? Is it Unicode-enabled?

[AS] Just specify encoding="utf-8" in HTML
Doesn't matter what locale - just have DB_ and CLIENT_LOCALE the same
as well as Server Studio. Still
