I use 4J's development tools (Genero and GDC) and suddenly, a form i used to open frequently, made my 4gl program crash with a single "runtime error" ! The debugger help me to localize the statement : a DISPLAY ARRAY. Absolutely no reason to crash (no source at all) In fact, it was a GDC error due to some corrupted datas in the registry (where GDC and previously WTK stores displaying information for every programs, windows and forms it opens). I cleared the registry and it solves my problem.
