If I am on NT and connected to its database testdb, I may issue SQL statements that access the database on the AIX system and it works. If I am working on the AIX system and I am connected to the database o2edb and I issue this SQL statement: select * from testdb@ol_pchl1:tstI get the following error: 956: Client host or user (informix@leykam1.bull.co.at) is not trustedby the server. No such file or directory Between Unix systems I would set up .rhosts or hosts.equiv. But how can I do something equivalent on NIT systems?
