I had to do the same transfer. The technique I used was to write
an Informix-4GL report which wrote an entire SQL*Loader script.
A few tips for this method: top, bottom, and left margins are all
zero; page length is 1; right margin is whatever is needed for your
longest line. I used an "INFILE *" SQL*Loader command and put both
control statements and data into the same file.
If you don't have I4GL, I suppose you could use DBaccess to generate
your data, and then hand edit the SQL*Loader control statements,
either at the beginning of your data file or in a separate file
and use the "INFILE filename" command.
