onbar only start ,no end

Hi,pls help me! My informix7.3 is on sco unix.No server agent.As SERVERS_7.3 says, I config and startup ISM,when use "onbar -b -L 0", bar_act.log says" start backup" ,no end. Why? my sh: ism_startup -init ism_add -admin informix ism_add -device /usr/informix/i1 ism_add -device /usr/informix/i2 ism_op ... ism_op... ism_op... ism_op... by the way ,onconfig 's tape=/dev/rStp0 Ltape=/dev/rStp0, i1 and i2 is directory.If any more documents?
