shutting down and detached processes

In our development systems, our backup is done with dbexports. The backup script is something like this: onmode -ky oninit dbexport aaa dbexport bbb dbexport ccc find ... > cpio ... The problem is that in our 7.22 engine when we do the oninit sometimes (most of the time) there are some fglgo's that dont go down and the engine doesn't start: 04:14:32 listener-thread: err = -25572: Network driver cannot bind a nameto the port. 04:14:32 Attempting to bring listener thread down 04:14:32 INFORMIX-OnLine Initialized -- Shared Memory Initialized. 04:14:33 Physical Recovery Started. 04:14:33 Physical Recovery Complete: 0 Pages Restored. 04:14:33 Logical Recovery Started. 04:14:34 PANIC: Attempting to bring system down Right now before we do an oninit we are looking for all fglgo's and killing them. Anyone knows another solution to this problem?
