tbstat -d will give you your dbspace/chunk layout. This will tell you how much available space you have free in your chunks that correspond to your dbspaces, which if I read your question correctly was what you were looking for. Keep in mind that the units given are in pages, so on a solaris system a page is 2k while on an NT system it's 4k. If you're looking to find out how large each table is, tbcheck -pt <database_name>:<table_name> will give you the specifics of that table.
