908 Error message

Hi, Could someone please help. I have 2 RedHat 6.2 Linux servers ( Server 1 and Server 2). Both are installed with IDS 9.2. When I try to connect to IDS on Server 2 from Server 1using dbaccess there is not problem. But when I try to connect to IDS on Server 1 from Server 2 using dbaccess. An error was encountered. 908: Attempt to connect to database server (sqlexec) failed. ISAM error: record is locked. Please advice. Thank you Guan Kiat
