The logical logs are kindof useless if you don't have an archive. They can
only be used (rolled forward) after an archive has been restored.
If you want to perform a partial table restore, you can fragment a table across
multiple dbspaces. Then you can perform a warm restore with a particular
dbspace (which contains a portion of that table). You need to have an archive
and the logical logs since the archive.
