NAS, SAN, ...

Hi list, does anyone have experience using informix with NAS (Network attached Sytems) like NetApp (with link at GigabyteEthernet >= 100Mb/s, and 10GigaEthernet is announced, and proprietary RAID 4) in comparison with informix on SAN (EMC2, HDS, ...) connecting by FC (well, SCSI on FC in fact, with speed at 100Mb/s with a direct connection)? In the first case, you cannot use raw devices, but cooked files over NFS (well, I used to have bad experience 4 years ago with this). FiberChannel specifications are also evoluating rapidly and the norm is not freezed. I would like to know what informix will recommend in the future? and if recommandations will be different for OLTP or DSS systems, ... I will have a NetApp in test for a few weeks and I will compare performance over my actual system ( 48 disks attached on 4 controllers, with mirroring and informix table fragmentation) TIA, David...
