I certainley have come across this problem , still in the process of resolving it. The problem I have is that under crystal, it returns the table names but I am unable to load data. have talked to Crystal and they have stated that this problem does occur with Informix when the name is greater that eight charachters eg Administrator is set up on your server end. the driver only returns administ, which is not valid and returns the message. does not contain fields. Crystal suggested that change the Synonyms in informix to shorter than eight characters. I have Informix looking at the problem so I will let you know what they have to say.
