onweb or ISA versus IECC

I just loaded both of them so I haven't had the pleasure of extended usage. Right now, I'm just happy to show my boss that we can perform system administration via the browser; I'm looking to extend ISA to perform other basic to intermediate UNIX and Informix administrative functions. What has been your experience? What's wrong with compress? Seems to defeat the object of compressing when you have to uncompress before transferring to the UNIX server. But all those problems aside, is it just me, or is OnWeb/ISA a pile of shit, and no worthy replacement for IECC? It's just me? Oh, okay!
