Unknown Error / Installation issues Universal Server 9.14

Hi there,
There seem to be numerous configuration issues
with NT/Universal Server 9.14. Does anyone have
a typical machine configuration that seems to work.
Our (test) database is setup with
- 128MB ram
- NT 4.0
- Universal Server 9.14
====================================================
To my knowledge, nothing has changed on the server.
But the fact that the services no longer startup, makes
me believe otherwise.
...
C:\\Informix\\bin>oncheck -pe
shared memory not initialized for INFORMIXSERVER 'informix_qadb3'
Unable to attach to shared memory.
Unknown error message -156.
...
Are there any ideas/similar issues others have dealt with?
Thanks,
Klint

I recommend NOT having Informix start at login-time, but rather "manually" afterward. If you do this, it's a lot more stable. My hunch is that it's a timing issue with NT and not an Informix issue per se, but that's just conjecture.
