I think you would probably need to reconfigure your kernel parameters regarding shared memory. This information is available in the machine notes. However, your machine notes would be for Solaris 2.5.1 and you want machine notes for Solaris 2.6. I imagine INFORMIX or SUN technical support may be able to help you.
