No Krakatoa?

I just downloaded an evaluation version of IIF.2000 for Solaris from Intraware hoping to evaluate its Java UDR features. After installing the server, I noticed there was no $INFORMIXDIR/extend/krakatoa directory as mentioned in the installation guide for enabling Java in the database. I also noticed that the filename of the downloaded file, )"informix_dynamic_server_2000_v9_20_uc2_for_sun_solaris.zi p") just mentions IDS.2000 not IIF.2000. Any thoughts? You downloaded IDS.2000, not Foundation.2000. IDS.2000 does not have the Java; Foundation.2000 does. Hi Zandy, Jonathan is correct, you need Foundation.2000. Unfortunately someone has mistakenly put IDS.2000 up on the Foundation.2000 page for the Solaris download, so there is no J/Foundation (Krakatoa) as you discovered.
