Error -25588

Dear All,
My application on peak hours occassionaly encountered
the above error. As a result, the main menu could not
execute the selected program.
Is this problem cause by :
- insufficient shared memory
- network bandwidth
- kernel configuration
Or is there any specific problem that cause the error.
Database: IDS 2000 Version 9.21.UC1
OS : Sun Solaris
Average Telnet Session: 25-30
Physical Memory : 512MB
