NT large memory configuration

I'm trying to configure a large amount of memory on Informix 7.3tc8 on
Windows NT Server 4.0 sp3.
When I go about 300000 buffers and some 131MB of shared memory I get the
usual complaints -
13:44:43 shmat: [EINVAL][22]: shared memory base address illegal
13:44:44 using 0xa000000, needs 0x14f0000
13:44:45 mt_shm_init: can't create resident segment
I've attached the currently working onconfig file. I get an error like
the above one when I bump up the # of buffers. I've tried setting
SHMBASE to many different values without success -
This is onconfig is from my development machine so yes I want LTAPEDEV
to be NUL.

I did not think that NT supported more than 256MB of memory! Need a really large server footprint? Get UNIX! Art S. Kagel

NT will support up to a 2GB user process in standard edition, and a 3GB user process in enterprise edition. (In theory it supports 4GB overall, but everything above the threshholds mentioned is reserved for kernel processes) Ciao Fuzzy :-)
