It is an separat product and has to be installed separat. DBACCESS is a frontend that is a part of any INFORMIX Server installation. DBACCES is like isql without FORMs, REPORTs and UserMenus. You can use it to send sql-Statements to the Server. Ruediger
Hi Ruediger, yes, isql is a separate product, but it costs 627$, and i´ve got the whole engine for free as a SuSE Linux user, so i am still looking for a cheaper solution. I need Forms. I don't know the price off-hand. -- Yours, Jonathan Leffler (Jonathan.Leffler@Informix.com) #include <disclaimer.h> Guardian of DBD::Informix v1.00.PC1 -- http://www.perl.com/CPAN "I don't suffer from insanity; I enjoy every minute of it!"
