Ner Era & Proportional Printing

Hi, We need a way to generate a complex report - it is actually a bill - in New Era such that we can use proportional fonts. 1) We know about the Chrystal reports class library but that has a deploment cost over and above the New Era deployment cost 2) We do not want to include printer specific codes as we would like it to be printer independant and in any case I beleive that the MS-Windows printer drivers mess with non printing codes. So what we are after is a class library or something that will allow us to extract data from the database and manage most of the reporting activities such as headers/footers page numbers etc ourselves and just to feed it text strings interspersed with positioning and font selections and then feed it on to the standard windows printer driver.
