RE: use sun sparc gcc to compile 4gl
There are a lot of things that are supported but they do work
without any problems, a while back the only officially supported
tape device drivers where the BSD ones, which ruled out the
SVR4 compression drivers.
When RAID units first started appearing the official line was
LUN based addressing wasn't 'supported' :-)) Everybodty knew it
worked but it hadn't be formally tested
