Re: Fix Pack release notes anywhere?

Ah.. so you are looking for Post Interim Drop (PID) or Patch release notes. AFAIK, release notes are not updated for PIDs or patch releases. Product distribution might have the updated fixed/known problems file. To clarify the version terminology --- in version 10.00.xC6W4 -- xC6 is the fix pack version, and W4 is the 4th PID of xC6 fix pack, similarly in 10.00.xC5X7 -- X7 is the patch release of xC5 fix pack.
