XPS 821UD1 upgrade-urgent

I am running Informix XPS 821uc1-4 coserver environment on Solaris 2.5.1 with Esqlc, I4gl, IECC and Informixconnect also. It went for upgrade to XPS 821UD1. First of all the reason was onbar was not working comfortably with uc1. Informix support says that upgrade it to ud1. Since onbar was not reliable so we were not able to use onbar level0 backup. We took RPF[Raw Partition Backup] with Alexandria SM. Couple of people were involved in migrate and ultimately they find themselves in mess. Here it goes 1. They installed all the products in different INFORMIXDIR-different from UC1 2. They upgrade server and other product but NOT ESQLC 3. After xctl -C oninit, they find that Aplication are not working so they decide to go back-look at their inteligent work!!! 4. They just changed the INFORMIXDIR back to old one and restart every thing. After this they find themselves in a mess. 5. If i do xctl onstat - or onstat -V it shows me 821UC1D1. Fortunately application is working. My Q is that how can i upgarde from here to 821UD1. If i run the install script again, it's not allowing me to do upgrade.
