I've never before seen a job advert that demands Informix certification. Is this the begining of a trend? Or is this already common in the US? (Also, does "Client is willing to pay for skills" mean that someone without them can have the job but they won't get paid? Or that people generally do this sort of job for nothing? Or is it a way of avoiding quoting a salary range?).
