Error Bringing Online 7.31 Up - Please Help

Hello All, After upgrading our NT version of Online 7.21 to 7.31.TC5 I get the following error when trying to bring the engine online. Does anyone know how to rectify this error condition? It appears as if you crashed your instance when it last came down in v7.21. You could try bringing it up using the old v7.21 software, making sure it comes on-line, before bringing it down normally (onmode -ky). Then, try bringing it up under 7.31.
