1) Make sure that you have different SERVERNUM for each onconfig file.
This is used to uniquely name the shared memory segments.
2) Make sure that you don't have shared memory segments laying around.
Easiest way - make sure that both engines are down. Do a "ipcs"
and see if you have any informix owned segments. if so, remove with
ipcrm.
