Use tbstat -u to determine which users are logged on.
Do not let everybody logon as informix since then you
can't tell who is connected. Instead as the
GRANT RESOURCE TO 'username' statement to allow users
to query/insert/update/delete/add/drop tables.

SOunds like a weakness of Crystal reports, use another reporting tool.
