IDS.2000 experiences

Hi All... We were just about to roll IDS.2000 into production when we found out that BMC Patrol does not support it. BMC says that they will offer support in mid-second quarter. In the meantime, has anyone installed IDS.2000? I have had it running in a test environment for about three months now but really haven't exercised it much. I did notice that when I upgraded one of my 7.30 machines, a database conversion failed and I had to go thru some effort to get it to convert. I think I didn't have enough log space to hold the long transaction that gets generated when the db gets converted. Any other experiences would be helpful. tnx.......
I have been testing IDS2000 for implementation at a customer on HP-UX11
64bit.
All seems pretty much the same as IDS 9.14 but one issue I have come accross
is that Informix
have changed the onbar tables in sysutils and OmniBack II does not work
anymore. I guess
other storage managers will have the same problem.
Regards,
Scott
