It looks like no one has answered this yet (but posts to this group often seem to get lost on the way to my server) so I'll give it a try. What we typically do is create an 'overlay' for the printer. Then we call the overlay with the appropriate escape codes for the printer from within the ace report. Once you get the overlay loaded, it's really pretty simple. If you don't know exactly how to go about creating, and loading an overlay (it's not fun), I can try to send you some more detail.
