Here is a situation that could cause your problem,
You do a Find from the ring menu on a program,
it loads all the rowids from the main table into a temp table.
Then you call a new function that prepares/declares a new cursor
that reads from that temp table.
Then you open/fetch that new cursor and do stuff (although unrelated).
Then you do another find from the ring menu.
This drops the temp table and recreates it with the new set of rowids.
Then you call the new function again, but since your logic says it has=
already=20
prepared the new cursor that reads from the temp table, it skips to the
open/fetch.
Voila, -710 !
One Solution: don't only prepare/declare the new cursor once since it reads=
from
a temp table that can drop at any time.
If your program doesn't behave this way, never mind.
