blob space question

I have never used the blob data type before and I have a question. After setting up a test table with a column defined as BLOB, I have managed to successfully insert into and retrieve data from this table. My question is probably pretty straight forward, but, where is the data being stored? I have not specified the blobspace to be used for storage. Have I done something wrong? Thanks in advance, Nathan Hattersley mailto:nathan.hattersley@sensis.com.au
If you didn't use 'put' for the column then the data will be with the table. Normally you would create a separate blobspace and put the data in that. You could run an alter table to move it.
