To clear the buffer pool from dirty pages,
generate a chackpoint with 'onmode -c'
If You mean to remove all pages from it,
then it's impossible.

I do mean to remove all non essential pages from buffers. I would expect
that if such a command existed it would leave behind some buffers which
would cause integrity problems if removed. I know there is nothing like
this in the manuals but figure if there is an undocumented command(similar
to onmode -b) people here would know about it.
