IDS 7.23 Problem - Please help !!!

We are running IDS 7.23 UC6 under AIX 4.2.1 in a IBM F50 machine Today we've had a problem with our database. It went down suddenly, and we just don't understand what happened. I hope somebody can help us. At the time of the crash, the database sent a message to the terminal wich was executing the backup of the logical logs (ontape -c): Logbackup failed - buc_fe.c : Archive API processing failed at line 422 The log file is listed below. Send this log info with the contents of the /tmp/af.147053 file to your friendly Informix Support Tech (800-274-8184 in the USA).
