Gary, Get Eric Allman's book Sendmail (often referred to as the Bat book)=20 from Nutshell books or from the computer book shelves at the local=20 bookstore. You probably don't need to know this much but it's great=20 reading anyway. Many of the problems I've had have to do with your host name and domain name. Also, in my case, the problem was the=20 existence of a competing mailer mmdf and until I either uninstalled or disabled it, sendmail would not work properly. Gary, Geez what a trigger happy yahoo. (No wonder you don't get any respect in n.a.n-a.e ) I don't know why we get a couple of sendmail questions here. Nick was trying to be polite. You're just being rude.
