I'd forgotten about those -- they're ignoreable up until you go to remove either package with RPM. Basically, it is telling you that each of those files is installed by both IIF and CSDK. Although there are implications to the contrary, you only need either CSDK or I-Connect and not both on a system -- I-Connect is the ESQL/C Runtime message files etc. Basically, almost everything except the installation file lists and a couple of cover scripts is identical to the files in CSDK. You're right; the packaging should be more elegant. It does, just about, work.
