I4GL-RDS RunTime has the software necessary to take a piece of I4GL p-code
compiled on MachineA and run it on MachineB. It includes the p-code
runner, and the libraries and script to build a custom version of the
p-code runner. It does not include the fglpc compiler; it also omits the
r4gl programmer's environment, upscol, form4gl, etc.
I4GL-ID (the interactive debugger) is a separate product which cannot be
used meaningfully without having the I4GL-RDS development system. I
suspect that you could install it on the runtime system and use it, but
you would not be able to do anything about any changes that were necessary
as a result of using the debugger because you'd have no compiler.
