Configuration for Redhat 5.1 IDS
Having problems with shared memory !!!
Have installed IDS 7.30.UC5 onto Linux RH5.1
Set entry into sqlhosts :
ids onipcshm linux ids
Server is to be called "ids" machine hostname = "linux"
Goi into onmonitor and set the obviouse settings, servername etc and then
initialize, get error :
"oninit: Fatal error in shared memory creation "
Can someone give me a clue as to what I am missing here ??
