Online 7.10.UC2 Fragment table syntax

Hey Folks, Sorry for bothering you with something that should be so trivial but, I can't for the life of me get my fragment of an existing table syntax right. Worst thing is I've done it before. Did it the day after we got our development system up and running on 7.10.
