I was under the impression (though I may be mistaken) that the latest 4gl tools corrected the problem of results returned from the run command being multiplied by 256, thus one would have to change logic in their code that divided the result by 256. Also, there are some rules that are enforced that (although they are not new) were not enforced in previous versions. Thus, if one broke the rules before, they might get bitten now.
