How can i make a chunk consistent?

I tried to restore a dbspace with "ontape -r D testdbspace" from a Level 0 archive. I answered 'y' at the prompt "Do you want to restore another log tape? (y/n)y Since in onconfig the "LTAPEDEV /dev/null" I got a error message saying not valid device and the restore resume. the instance is online and the testdbspace is online but marked wit "PI-" but when I tried to access the database found in testdbspace I was getting the messages: 311: Cannot open system catalog (systables). 155: ISAM error: Primary and Mirror chunks are bad How to make the chunk consistent without shutting off the instance or to drop the database found in the chunk? I tried to change to point LTAPEDEV to a an other device, from onmonitor, but I was getting the message "not enough room in DBspace" I added an other chunk to the rootdbs but without success. Thanks for any help.
