Hi, we are going to migrate a 160GB database from a RM600 to a FSC GP7000 Solaris Server. The disks will be in a EMC Symmetrix box, so I dont have to care about mirroring. To increase performance, the volumes for the database will be striped using Veritas Volume Manager. Does anyone have a suggestion as to the best value of Stripe Unit Size? Regards, Markus
